Spyder Realty by SpyderCabs operates primarily as a real estate consultation and advisory firm in Gurugram. Due to the nature of our business, our refund policy reflects the advisory and facilitation services we offer.

2. Consultation Charges

Any advance consultation charges, booking amounts, or service fees paid to Spyder Realty are subject to review on a case-by-case basis. If the anticipated services have already been rendered or initiated, fees are generally non-refundable.

3. Booking Deposits

Deposits made toward reserving a specific residential or commercial property are transferred directly to the property developer or owner. Refund of such booking deposits is exclusively governed by the terms and conditions outlined by the respective developer or seller, and Spyder Realty holds no liability for the same.

4. Process for Requesting a Review

If you believe you are entitled to a refund or your specific situation warrants a review of paid consultation charges, you may submit a written request to us.
