Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation of Consultation

If you wish to cancel an upcoming real estate consultation or site visit, we kindly request that you inform us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to reallocate our resources and serve other clients effectively.

2. Cancellation of Property Bookings

Any property booking amount paid through Spyder Realty is transferred to the respective builder/developer. The cancellation of such bookings is subject to the cancellation policies of the specific builder or property owner.

3. Advance Payments

Any advance consultation charges or booking amounts are subject to review. We evaluate cancellation and refund requests for consultation fees on a case-by-case basis. If substantial work has already been completed, cancellation will not yield a return of the consultation fee.
